Services for Individuals

Services COEB provides to individuals include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist individuals and families with their individual medical, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, long term care, and Medicare supplement plans
• Assess the needs of each person in the family to ensure that the medicals plans chosen satisfy those needs
• Evaluate financial needs for life and long-term disability plans
• Assist with any claims related to life and disability plans
• Ongoing customer service when questions arise regarding claims, benefits available, etc.
